Day 7

Another day done! 2 minutes quicker than yesterday, problem in left upper thigh at 23 miles slowed me down. It was great to see my Dad, sister Janet & Auntie Ruth at various points from Bowness. Paul came up last night after a day working in London, and helped Teresa put out the drinks supporting the front runners then back tracked to see Michelle & I. He then went out to run Anastasia in. Maureen & Martin cheered us on at Lakeside. Border ITV filmed us at the start. The weather was perfect for running today.
