Weather beautiful not too hot, no rain for two days. I have had good runs times are on the www.brathaychallenge.com site day 5 half way now 5.33ish Shells birthday today she was 9 mins quicker than me, and 6 mins yesterday I don't know where she found that from as we have been so close on others.
Amy & team Physio Active are kept busy with more injuries to deal with.
Paul & Stuart should be running at Pocklington tonight I hope they run well I love the Summer League hope I can manage to do some this year.
Yesterday Dave & Linda Bish came to support us, Paul came up for a suprise visit after work. Today Graham & Pat from Horsforth Harriers came to support us.
I am having to rely on check lists more as the days progress so I don't forget to do important pre & post race necessities.
Done all my washing it's drip drying so only the drinks to prep. then an early night hopefully with no waking hungry and having to get to eat.
